IK Investment Partners acquires majority stake in Agros Nova
IK Investment Partners has agreed with Agros Nova to acquire a majority stake in the company.
Agros Nova is a leading diversified food and beverage company in Poland that generated revenues of approximately PLN 900m in the financial year ending December 2009. Funding provided by IK Investment Partners will help further plans for expansion and consolidation in the company's business segments.
The investment is from the IK2007 fund, which focuses on mid-sized companies in Europe.
